Organization Management

To manage your team, open the Admin Portal: click your username in the lower left of the dashboard, then Admin Portal. You land on the Users section.

Invite User emails an invitation, or gives you a link to share yourself.

Each user’s Actions column lets you change their role or deactivate them. There are four roles:

• Owner: everything any other role can do, plus billing and deleting the workspace. Reached by promotion, not by invitation.
• Admin: manages members and settings, reads and writes data, runs queries, views dashboards.
• Analyst: reads data, runs queries, views dashboards.
• Developer: manages configuration and integrations, runs operations, views schema and logs. Cannot read or write your data, and cannot run queries.
