# Empty pages

## The Query Performance page is empty

[Query performance](/docs/using-dbgorilla/query-performance/) is reached from **Queries** under a
database.  The rest of DBGorilla looks healthy: the collector still connects and reports host
metrics, database size, table statistics and topology.

### Cause

`pg_stat_statements` is not loaded.  This PostgreSQL extension records how long each
statement takes, and every query-level feature reads from it.

### Fix

Load `pg_stat_statements`.  Loading it needs a full server restart, not a reload.

has the steps, including the `ALTER SYSTEM SET` caution that can require another
restart.
